If your question is about the narrow no-break space between é and !, yes, it is, that's french typography.

No worries, nobody in France knows how to type this on a keyboard because on fscking Microsoft Windows it's Alt + 8239. macOS users don't care, they're still searching for the key to type { so forget about narrow no-break space. Here I use a compose key on Linux so for me is Compose-space-space, (I use a QWERTY keyboard), but I heard that with a french keyboard it may be just shift-space on some Linux settings I never tried.

But sure, Alt + 8239 is for users and shift-space is for geeks, I bet.
