On the first section of the community page, I want to change the "why get involved" section

• Remove the background color
• Remove the fixed height
• Make the h2 4xl on desktop and remove the margin mb-8 form the parent h2 container

• Removed background colors: bg-[#ccfcff] and dark:bg-[#293233] from the section
• Removed fixed heights: h-full and lg:h-[720px] from the section
• Enhanced h2 typography: Added lg:text-4xl for desktop 4xl sizing
• Removed margin: mb-8 from the h2 parent container
