request to create appx file for wsl2 version

I can't provide appx right now,sorry.

But you can sideload ArchWSL2 image to the ArchWSL-appx.
Please install ArchWSL-appx and execute the following command:
Arch.exe install C:\ArchWSL2\rootfs.tar.gz
