Bump Gravatar to 3.1.0

Fixes #

Bumps up Gravatar to 3.1.0 to bring new features:

• Delete avatar
• Share avatar
• Image Playground for devices that support Apple Intelligence

To test:

Turn on feature flag Gravatar Quick Editor
Go to Me > My profile > update Profile Photo
Tap on the upload button to try the new "Playground" option.
Tap on the [...] on a previously uploaded avatar and try features listed above ☝️
