Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

• 9.1.1566: self-referenced enum may not get freed
• 9.1.1565: configure: does not consider tiny version for wayland
• runtime(lf): update syntax to support lf version r36
• runtime(sh): properly delete shell commands in syntax file
