Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.2022: Vim9: star command recognized errornously
• 8.2.2021: Vim9: get E1099 when autocommand resets did_emsg
• 8.2.2020: some compilers do not like the "namespace" argument
• 8.2.2019: swap file test fails on MS-Windows
