Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.0448: various functions not properly tested
• 8.2.0447: terminal scroll tests fails on some systems
• 8.2.0446: listener with undo of deleting all lines not tested
• 8.2.0445: png and xpm files not in MS-Windows zip file
