Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.0132: script may be re-used when deleting and creating a new one
• 8.2.0131: command line is not cleared when switching tabs
• 8.2.0130: Python3 ranges are not tested
