Create "Libraries" Tutorial #105
Description
While there is already a chapter in the main tutorial about libraries, a separate tutorial allows us to go into more detail about
- How to distribute and use the libraries (meson wraps/git submodules, distro packages, flatpak, vala-community repository etc.)
- The different types of libraries and how to create them.
- Setting up a fully featured Vala meson project with: libraries, options, documentation, tests etc. With the end result being a project that is ready to be distributed (Do let the reader know that there are different ways of doing things in meson. We just show them one way)
This tutorial will be linked to the Libraries "Main Tutorials chapter" and the Valadoc Guide too (Part about setting up a fully featured Vala meson project)
