Add optional loading of `.bash_functions` and `.bash_aliases`

Add optional loading of .bash_functions and .bash_aliases to make migration from bash easier.

Add zqs enable|disable bash_functions and zqs enable|disable bash_aliases commands to trigger loading those files too
