Spring 2025 pain points

Notes from the Spring 2025 iteration:

• Still need to fix Material order for chapter 1 #5
• Don't put Hippo instructions on a whiteboard until after we've explained what to do (otherwise people submit the form before we've explained all of the settings)
• Choosing a non-default name for the SSH key will cause SSH not to find it on some systems
• Allow for at least 20-30 minutes post-approval for the account to get set up (login usually works faster than this, but the home directory might not exist yet)
• Make sure to pause frequently to check that learners are following
• Add HostName to the SSH configuration section
• Keep the sftp content in the reader but don't present it live (scp is sufficient)
