core.hooksPath is not set

Using Husky 9.1.7

I have managed to get Husky working in my project. These are my steps:

> git version
git version 2.41.0.windows.1
> npm install --save-dev husky
> npx husky init
> git config core.hooksPath
EMPTY

Let me know what other info would be valuable

yea I also can't make husky update hooksPath....
And there is no any debug output to know what is happening.
