Smart pairs are fooled by pairs that live inside strings

I have pear tree configured for smart pairs, and while having a pair inside a string, trying to press '(' and ')' inserts another closing pair:

Expected behavior - pear tree skips the enclosing pair, ignoring the opening pair inside the string.

This is a potential enhancement that Pear Tree can handle. In the mean time, one workaround would be to disable pair matching within Strings using the not_in option in g:pear_tree_pairs (see :h pear-tree-rule-options). Example entry:

`'(': {'closer': ')', 'not_in': ['String']}`

This will result in Pear Tree ignoring that the one inside the string and skipping the closing parenthesis correctly.
