Why are the binaries not bundled?

I know the point of building everything from the source, but it is a huge waste of resources that I need to download multiple GB of source code and dependencies, download all the build chain dependencies and then build it. I wasted hours already and don't have any executable I need.

We have CIs why are those not used to build the binaries centralized?
