Update the balance after transfer

Desription
When tokens are transferred successfully and a user clicks "Done" on the "Transferred!" page, they are returned to the portfolio page. The balance, however, doesn't change until you restart the app.

Expected behavior
The balance on the portfolio page should change after a successful transfer.
