Support oidc-client-ts library? #21
Description
I've got this example working with my auth server:
https://github.com/tanmaykm/OpenIDConnect.jl/blob/master/tools/oidc_standalone.jl
But when I change client library to a newer one: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/oidc-client-ts/2.0.2/browser/oidc-client-ts.min.js
Then flow_refresh_token returns authresp = OpenIDConnect.AuthServerError("invalid_grant", nothing, nothing)
How should I cahnge this example to work with a newer library?
