avoid dead lock on quit when running java demo.

This should be a bug of wechat.
However, there is no good solutions to fix that , the only way is manually quit this module before process exits.

Fixed bug that calling the exported function from lang go for the non-first time is very slow and takes around 5 seconds.

Fixed an issue when recognized text having speicial chars hurting json.
published non-py wcocr.dll, with this dll, you don't need install python any more as long as you don't use the python extension.
(huh, a guy who refuse to install python will never use the python extension)

change test.png with some chinese characters to prove unicode path is supported.
