Bar lines for Phrase Maker specified by meter block #4737
Description
Current Behavior
Right now the Meter block seems to add additional notes, which seems unintentional to me.
Desired Behavior
It would be helpful if the Meter block triggered "bar lines". For transcription projects, for example, that would help a user orient themselves in the measure.

Implementation
Just darken the vertical lines where the "bars" would be, similar to sheet music.
