version 0.3

Version 0.3 is released with changes. The changes is as following :

1. Added Chatting feature.
2. Fixed Program Bugs
3. Added E-Mail notification for @mentions
4. Fixed Styling bugs (CSS)
5. Updated Images
6. Added user avatar support with caching. (1/img/avatar)
7. Updated Sitemap

The GitHub repository source code is also updated to Version 0.3. The future release will be 0.3.25 or 0.3.5
