Support OIDC (Spring Authorization Server)

Spring Authorization Server supports OpenIDConnect.
I want to support OIDC endpoints in springdoc too.

The latest version of Spring Authorization Server has more logout endpoints, but this time we will support the one as of 1.0.1.
