Add `AuthorizationManagerFactory.hasAll(Authorities|Roles)`

We should add AuthorizationManagerFactory.hasAllAuthorities(String...) and AuthorizationManagerFactory.hasAllRoles(String...). It should also be exposed on the HttpSecurity DSL & method security.
