Runtime hints for web resources no longer include nested folders

`WebResourcesRuntimeHints` registers Boot's static resource locations with a single `*` as in previous GraalVM versions, that was sufficient to expose resources from nested folders, too. That seems to have changed, and resources located in nested folders are currently not exposed automatically anymore.
