Rename annotations used by tests of the configuration processor

Piggy backing on #47443, we have quite a bit of annotations that are duplicated for the purpose of testing the annotation processor. To avoid having duplicates in the IDE, we should rename them as their names do not matter.

Perhaps TestAutowired instead of Autowired?
