Graph Schema

An ontology (vocabulary) consists of terms and classes, describing how some data should be represented. However, such pre-defined vocabularies are generally loosely followed. Instead, a graph schema is a "vocabulary" that is generated from the data itself. Therefore, what it provides a more realistic description of what is actually there in the data.

An interesting aspect of a graph schema is that it is a RDF graph. It can then be queried in parallel of another application, e.g., in SPARQLed for providing suggestions on the predicates or classes.

SPARQL-based Computation

The computation of the graph schema with this implementation consists in executing SPARQL queries. It is adapted then for small datasets.
