IDP-1686 Username & Password form shouldn't default to the inputs being marked as invalid when you first land on the page
This pull request removes the is-invalid class from form fields on page load. This prevents fields from appearing with a validation error before the user has had a chance to interact with them.
It's drafted because I have not been able to test this change yet locally.
