I migrated from setup.py and setup.cfg to pyproject.toml with uv. It will make it easier to develop this library. And I realized Python 3.8 had already been EOL, and some dependent packages don't support 3.8. So I think it is time to cut out 3.8 support and start supporting 3.9 or above versions.
I'm not an English native speaker. So I may use incorrect English grammar or verb usage.
