Missing default kind when using eventdefBuilder

What happened:
eventdefBuilder.build() doesn't assign a default kind to the returned eventdef.

What you expected to happen:
The returned eventdef should have the kind consumed is none is supplied

How to reproduce it:

const eventDef= eventdefBuilder().build();
console.log(eventDef.kind);

Anything else we need to know?:
Will be fixed in an upcoming PR
