Issue 31: Implement Orchestration command

This PR closes issue #31

Description:

  • Added orchestration playbook command to:
    • Load all existing playbooks
    • Execute Playbooks
    • Pull latest execution logs

Verification:

  • Tested commands in a local development environment.
  • Verified that the commands retrieve correct information
