Using it requires a direct dependency on Clay, something we avoid
Users may load the code outside of Clay and the notebook-relative-file! function will behave differently than from when it is sent to Clay in a make command.
It does allow for situations where the user is just trying to create a file, perhaps an image, and show it in the notebook.
Maybe there are better alternatives to consider.
