Fix some "error: missing documentation for macro" errors. #325

The compiler must have got stricter about these recently. This gets `futures`, `hyper`, and `style-servo` compiling again. `script-servo` is still broken due to a different, trickier problem.

Oh. Interesting. cc @rust-lang-nursery/compiler and perhaps more specifically @GuillaumeGomez or maybe @petrochenkov -- not sure exactly what caused these failures, and I think they're intentional, but if not probably good to note (looks like we "discovered" that macros can be documented somewhere in the compiler). |
