Remove pages from this repo

When I transferred the repo it had the bip322.rs domain inside the pages configuration on Github. I'd like to remove that now but I don't have access to the settings for this repo. Could you give me the necessary permissions? @apoelstra @tcharding

I had some website and WASM code in this repo which I've decided to remove in #53. Would also like to remove the WASM test from the required CI tests but can't access those rules as well.
