Hyperlink `Fix #123` to the respective issue on GitHub

Feature request: It would be awesome if Fix #123 (or Re:, etc.) in a commit comment would hyperlink to the mentioned issue on GitHub.

Even better would be a way to configure the URL using a template, say for GitHub it would be http://%urll/issues/%n, for other issue trackers people would need to configure. But that would be the cherry on the top. :)

I guess this would be configured per-repo:

• a regex to grab issue numbers according to the project format
• a format string to generate the URL

FYI: Long time ago I added such a funktionality to my own Fork of Brotherbard's GitX Fork: muhqu@78ca5e6

It was a fairly simple solution. I currently do not have a build environment to rebase this commit on this fork, but maybe someone wants to give it a try...
