Multiple sidebars with sphinxcontrib-htmlhelp #1654
Description
Problem
sphinxcontrib-htmlhelp normally hides the sidebar by setting the embedded parameter (since the chm format provides its own sidebar), however sphinx_rtd_theme doesn't seem to take this into account, resulting in generated manuals having two sidebars on screen at once.
