I have added a platform variable to call_jobs.yml and the reusable workflow to support the identification of the platform being built on and to make it reusable in other workflows, such as arm64.
I have updated the workflow scripts with a manifest creation file that uses the container to show the platform and OS version, R, and Ubuntu packages used that are uploaded at the end of the build.
