Background

I have install python install manager via winget.

Details

When I open vscode and run the kernel from the python environment, it automatically opens to the link https://docs.python.org/dev/using/windows.html

Can you find the exact version you installed?

There was a bug that would cause this for MSI installs that was fixed and released yesterday, but we aren't Winget and so you'll have to wait for them to do the update (or you can install using one of our supported methods listed at https://www.python.org/downloads/latest/pymanager/)
