** Describe the use case**
We have a number of managers who want to have technical hires (devs & researchers) go through a shortened version of the program so that they don't lose 4-6 weeks onboarding

** Describe the problem**
Managers have such a dire need for the talent they hire, they don't want to lose 6 weeks onboarding a hire, but still want some of the benefits of the launchpad program, especially the parts where they get connected and have resources to get to work quicker.

Proposed Solution
... and said you would be more interested in a 3-week type of program. We were thinking of piloting a 'part time technical' persona, where we A) gave them a shorter list of meetings to attend, B) a smaller set of curriculum (I think assuming that they already had a good amount of background in Web3), and C) then inviting them for, say, 2 days of the in-person week. Let me know what you think about AB &C, and a little bit about this person (what team/proj they contribute to and what their experience & background is) and we can give it a go!

Feedback on proposal: I think A and B are most compelling. C could be good in terms of urgency of work too, but I also think it's good to have people feel like they are part of the cohort / settle into the network with their own sense of community.
I would go B > A > C, where B also includes the option of using project work time to start IC work with the team they are matched to
