What changes have been made
This PR makes sure that Job created by AppWrapper is suspended, resumed by
TestMNISTCheckAppWrapperStatus. As a result the upgrade test is not dependent on operator upgrade timing, as upgraded operator is running whenTestMNISTCheckAppWrapperStatusis invoked.Verification steps
