Enable TestMNISTRayClusterSDK test

## WHY
Test [TestMNISTRayClusterSDK](https://github.com/project-codeflare/codeflare-operator/blob/487244c25f3eab06cee534b12cefe11cb93e976e/test/e2e/mnist_raycluster_sdk_test.go#L39) is currently disabled due to the https://github.com/project-codeflare/codeflare-sdk/issues/219. Once this issue is merged and available in a release then the test can be enabled.
