Description
Add build changes to deploy to maven central
Work Done
Created a new manager in PowerSync module that handles connecting the kmmbridge creating and zipping of the xcframework to the sonatype plugin.
Once this is in I will be able to test and end to end deployment to verify that the Package.swift is updated in github packages and a user can load the package without requiring any github access
