This commit removes the bootnodes provided by Gatotech to the following chains: - `westend` - `asset-hub-westend` - `bridge-hub-westend` - `collectives-westend` - `coretime-westend` - `people-westend`

# Description Please consider this Pull Request to remove the bootnodes provided by Gatotech to the following relaychain and systemchains: - `westend` - `asset-hub-westend` - `bridge-hub-westend` - `collectives-westend` - `coretime-westend` - `people-westend` This removal responds to the discontinuation of support by the Infrastructure Builders' Programme of Westend in favour of enhanced support to the Paseo testnet.
