Memory leak

Your server has a memory leak.
If dont clean it, i have a this situation.

I'm forced to reboot it or clean it

I think this is due to the ActionState never set to FINISHED and thus the periodical cleanup not taking effect on the LongDownloadAction (non-streaming download). This in turn is related to no pogress reporter passed to the serializer. Though if possible, finished state should also be reached without progress report. Will further investigate to properly fix this.
