Geometry report inconsistent and missing information

With BIMserver 1.5.182 (jar), geometry reports have a value of "null.null:null" for Deserializer, both in HTML and JSON. Settings and Engine settings are mixed under the regular settings group in the JSON report only, the HTML version has them properly separated.

The deserializer version might be a bit harder as it could already go wrong in the plugin loading. The separation of settings should be easy: Adjust methods toJson and toHtml in GeometryGenerationReport.java
