线上已经稳定运行一段时间了，最近突然出现线上新建的群会不断地调用group/get_group_members_info接口，大量调用后突然崩掉，抛异常hasReadSeq must not be bigger than maxSeq，然后发现现在群聊里的未读数都变负的了，导致显示不出未读数，这是什么原因呢？我能如何快速修复下吗？redis缓存能直接清吗？线上数据不敢轻易动
