Getting this error while adding otlpExporter so what to do need to ad grpc type api call so give any solution.

Basically we were facing this issue while adding the both OpenTelemetaryProtocolExpoerter and OTLPExporter but now i undersood we have to add only among these two, But the problem is now if we importing OpenTelemetryProtocolExporterGrpc then for doing the GRPC connection which function or helper shall we use?

if we are using let traceExporter = OtlpGrpcTraceExporter(channel: channel)
or

let grpcExporter = OtlpGrpcTraceExporter(
channel: ClientConnection.insecure(group: PlatformSupport.makeEventLoopGroup(loopCount: 1))
.connect(host: "your-collector-host", port: 4317)
)

This one is not working can you give the alternative which will work, And if I run my code in simulator getting error

So is there any solution for this because after setup this type of problem is coming at the time of build in pipeline.

Hi @siddharthlenka, what is your target architecture? Are you building for iOS, macOS, mac with Catalyst ? It might be a limitation od the Apple's swift NIO library, check which platforms and versions they support. If you don't need to use GRPC specifically you may use the OTLP HTTP exporter, which does not have dependencies on NIO.
