Assigned. Please take a look at the link the node repo. We already have a stub package being publish for this. You just need to add the functionality here: https://github.com/open-feature/java-sdk-contrib/blob/main/hooks/open-telemetry/src/main/java/dev/openfeature/contrib/hooks/otel/OpenTelemetryHook.java

Please make sure to add unit tests.

You can you zipkin to make sure the telemetry is being added properly if you like.

Closing in favor of this issue. We can build a plugin to spec now that the OTel team has officially approved and merged the proposal.
