Not able to configure the oauth.io URL

There is currently no way to configure the base URL for the oauthd server, as we have in the Javascript and Android versions of the SDK, as the URL is hardcoded in OAuthIORequest.h:

Would it be possible to make the URL of the oauthd server configurable?
