Just use http header to debug for problem report

@ljharb I think the output of curl -v nodejs.org/dist/ in the problem report form issue template could be too long and didn't really help, we can use -I to get its header only, I think it could be helpful enough, here is the example output, what do you think?

Sure, that sounds like a great improvement, as long as when there's an SSL error, it'd show up.

Also, we need to make that url be explicitly https - i don't care if the http link works.
