ci: add release automation

Hello 👋,

I’ve added some automation to the pipeline:

✨ Autorelease using release-please, based on conventional commits, with automatic creation of tags starting with "v".

• ✅ Conventional commit check to ensure consistency in commit messages.
• 🔄 Updated the release workflow to include the new automations.

💡 This update automates the release workflow by creating a PR that proposes the necessary changes.

⚠️ Note: I’m not entirely sure if the credentials and configuration are the best. Feedback is welcome! 😊
