Resizing stops when the cursor enters the tile

I have a mosaic which is hosting React apps in the tiles.

I also have a sub-mosaic in a tile

When I resize the tile, if the cursor enters the sub-mosaic the resizing stops.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
