Community list - NoReverseMatch error #269

Describe the bug
When displaying existing detailed view of a community list the server throws an error:
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Plugins > BGP > Peer Groups
- Click on any existing community list (or try creating a new one)
- See error
Expected behavior
Should be able to browse existing and create new community lists without the NoReverseMatch error

This has been discovered after a recent upgrade from Netbox 4.1 to 4.3.5
